In our campsite in South Brittany located in the Rhuys Peninsula, we are anxious to give you a warm and personalised welcome. We are at your disposal at any time to organise your stay and meet all your needs.

You dream of space, nature, fine sandy beaches… Our campsite in Morbihan, established on more than 3 hectares, welcomes you from April 1st to September 30th.
Looking for peace and quiet, your evenings are sacred and you like conviviality: our family campsite does not organise evening entertainment to allow you to meet up with family and friends in a relaxed atmosphere.

Our commitments

Our campsite l’Abri-Côtier in St-Gildas de Rhuys is ideally located in a preserved natural site and classified Natural Park of the Gulf of Morbihan. All its charm lies in its country setting while being close to the sea. You will find there the elements of comfort essential for many activities for the whole family but also many farm animals.

In our opinion, the campsite is the appropriate place for ecological awareness of all and the practice of gestures that respect the environment, nature, farm animals, etc.. Also, here is what is currently in place at the campground to limit our impact on this protected natural area.

  • Energy: Solar lighting in the aisles, low-energy LED bulbs and neon lights in the bathrooms and rooms. Connections limited to 10 A on the pitches. Production of thermal hot water for the sanitary facilities with 40 m² of solar panels (additional electricity in high season according to needs).
  • Water: Water savers, some water saving flushing, tap delay. Recovery of rainwater (watering of plantations, garden, works, washing of vehicles, …) Recent and economical washing machine. Signage to call to avoid waste.
  • Waste: Selective sorting of waste (glass, cardboard, plastic, corks, batteries, gas bottles, etc.). Recovery of mowing and pruning waste for mulching.  Recycling of food waste (animal feed, hens, rabbits, pigs, goats, ponies, …).
  • Landscape: Over the last 20 years, more than 4000 trees and shrubs have found their place and shaped the campsite.
  • Maintenance: thermal, mechanical and manual stripping. Mowing by mulching to keep the soil fresh.
